§ 协助部门建立完善并且维护部门营运手册,部门营运手册应当反映出酒店政策和程序以及工作过程和标准。确保每年进行回顾,反映出改变。
Assists with thedevelopment and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual thatreflects Policies & Procedures, work processes and standards of performancewithin the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
§ 协助准备人力资源部年度商业计划,确保部门目标充分体现酒店目标并满足员工需要。
Assists with thepreparation of the annual Human Resources Business Plan, ensuring DivisionalObjectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs ofassociates.
§ 与人力资源部总监密切合作准备和定期更新培训预算,确保达到预算目标并且有效的控制成本。
Assists with thepreparation and regular update of the Training Budget in close cooperation withthe Director of Human Resources, ensuring targets are met and costs areeffectively controlled.
§ 管理并且定期回顾编写和修订部门运营手册、员工进修发展计划和工序分析。
Manages andregularly reviews the compilation and accuracy of the Departmental OperationsManuals, Associate Personal Learning Planand Core Tasks.
§ 协助准备酒店年度培训计划,确保部门目标充分体现酒店目标并满足员工需要。
Assists in thepreparation of the annual Hotel’s Training Plan, ensuring the objectives fullyaddress the business objectives of the Hotel and the training needs of theassociates.
§ 正确维护所有员工的培训记录。
Accurately maintainstraining records of all associates.
§ 负责酒店培训教室、培训设备和材料的安全和维护。
Responsible for thesecurity and maintenance of the Hotel’s Training Room, training equipment andmaterials.
§ 确保每个部门都有合理的部门培训员的配置,并且部门培训员是经过培训的,引导部门培训员每月平均进行3至5个技能培训。
Ensures that therecommended quota of Departmental Trainers for each department are trained andthat they are conducting an average of 3 to 5 skills training sessions permonth.
§ 确保最大限度的利用每个部门的部门培训员,密切督导和奖励他们的表现和行动。
Ensures the maximumutilisation of Departmental Trainers in each department and closely monitorsand rewards their performance and activities.
§ 培训、指导和评估部门培训员与凯悦标准保持一致。
Trains, mentors andappraises Departmental trainers in accordance with Hyatt standards.
§ 协助督导技能培训,部门标准与部门运营手册保持一致。
Assists with themonitoring of skills training and departmental standards as defined in theDepartmental Operations Manual.
§ 主持每月部门培训员讨论会和活动。
Conducts monthlyDepartmental Trainer forums and activities.
§ 按要求出席所有会议并作出贡献。
Attends andcontributes to all Meetings as required.
§ 确保部门的服务一贯按照部门营运手册的标准,高效、一致和礼貌的完成。
Ensures servicesprovided by the Department are always available and are always carried out todefine Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy asdetailed in the Department Operations Manual.
§ 确保所有员工始终提供礼貌和专业的服务。
Ensures allassociates provide courteous and professional service at all times.
§ 礼貌及高效的处理客人和员工询问,对不能立即解决的投诉和问题进行汇报。
Handles guest andassociate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaintsor problems if no immediate solution can be found.
§ 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。
Maintains positiveguest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
§ 了解关于员工及行业关系的法律、法规,理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,及酒店关于防火、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Is knowledgeable instatutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding andstrictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the AssociateHandbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health &safety.
§ 积极参与员工福利、安全、发展及健康的活动,并给予建议、咨询和真实、恰当的反馈。
Is actively involvedin the welfare, safety, development and well-being of associates, providingadvice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.
§ 准时到岗,穿着正确的制服,始终符合酒店卫生和仪容仪表标准。
Reports for dutypunctually, wearing the correct uniform and adhering to the grooming andhygiene standards of the Hotel at all times.
§ 确保高标准的个人形象。
Ensures highstandards of personal presentation.
§ 随时保持工作地点的干净整洁,为其他员工树立榜样。
Keeps work placeclean and tidy at all times, setting an example for other associates to follow.
§ 处事谨慎并保护机密。
To be discreet andkeep everything confidential.
§ 始终展现负责的管理和行为,并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和凯悦酒店集团。
Exercisesresponsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representingthe Hotel Management Team and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
