【岗位职责】
· Develop deep understanding andknowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/accountexpertise when necessary to maximise guest satisfaction

· Prepare Weekly Events Forecastsand other supporting documents
· 准备每周宴会预测及其他需要的支持文件
· Ensure the timely follow-up andpursuit of strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders in order todrive the highest levels of guest satisfaction
· 确保对客服务的及时性,使得整个活动中宾客的满意程度达到最高
· Ensure timely delivery ofMaster Invoice to customers and facilitate payment
· 确保主发票及时交付给客户,并协助客户付款
· Work closely with theReservations, Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments to ensure theaccounts from the events are consolidated and reconciled
· 与预定,销售部门及餐饮部门保持密切的沟通,确保整个会议活动顺利进行。

· Team up with counterpart MICEFulfillment staff to deliver sector/customer specific services when appropriate
· 与相关的活动管理人员合作,在适当的时候为部门或客户提供具体的服务
· Communicate to his/her superiorany issues encountered and other relevant information
· 对于遇到的问题及与工作相关的信息,随时与上级保持沟通
· Attend and participate intraining sessions, daily briefings and other meetings as required
· 视需要积极参加培训、日常简报和其他会议
· Where applicable, supervise,guide and train Events Coordinators in carrying out their responsibilities
· 在适当的情况下,监督、指导和培训宴会协调员履行职责
GUEST EXPERIENCE 宾客体验
· In the pre-event planning process,consult with the meeting planners to identify optimal meeting roomconfiguration, recommendation on meeting/break flow, menu planning, food &beverage coordination, table arrangements, decoration options, etc. to improvemeeting efficiency and productivity
· 在活动前策划过程中,与会议策划人员协商确定最佳会议室配置、会议流程、菜单规划、餐饮协调、餐桌布置、会场布置方案等,提高会议效率
· Meet with each meeting plannerdaily to debrief on daily events, review consumption, bill and any exceptionsto contracted billing and review estimates of final billing
· 随时与会议组织者沟通,汇报日常活动,审查消费账单和合同账单,并审查最终账单。
· Plan and conduct pre-event meetingswith clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to theguest experience
· 协助并开展与客户举办活动前会议,发掘提升宾客体验的各种潜在机会
· Assigned upon situation, be thepoint-of-contact to give immediate assistance in order that customer’s needsare met quickly and their event runs smoothly
· 根据工作安排,作为协调人员提供即时协助,以便客户的需求得到快速满足,促进活动顺利进行
· Organise post-event calls andcollect Feedback Survey and follow up with customers to obtain event feedbackand identify further business opportunities
· 活动结束后的对客户进行电话回访,及时跟进客户的反馈意见,以获得活动总结从而发现更多的业务机会

· Develop awareness andreputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community
· 提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度。
· Coordinate safety and securityinitiatives to ensure meetings flow smoothly with minimal interruptions orproblems. Coach and advise clients on meeting options and alternatives thatpotentially reduce waste, save energy and have a minimal impact to theenvironment
· 制定安保措施,确保会议顺利进行,将各种干扰或问题发生的几率降到最低,就各种会议用品与服务等为客户提供指导与建议,尽量减少浪费、节约能源、降低对环境的影响
