岗位职责/岗位要求
1. 建立部门工作标准，维持及提高工作水平。
2. 监控洗衣房出品质量及成本开支，保证酒店所有职员的制服配套及整洁。
3. 统筹安排公共区域的清洁卫生及绿化布置。
4. 及时提供清洁及状况良好的房间供酒店销售，根据宾客需求安排房间相关布置。
5. 就家具、设备和装置的维修事宜及时向总经理上报或提出建议，以确保其保持清洁和得到良好的维护保养。
6. 协助处理顾客及其他部门员工与本部门员工发生的各种纠纷及投诉。
7. 监督记录处理客人遗留物品。
8. 对部门的安全、消防、卫生工作负责，及时掌握规范条例；坚持维护酒店安全制度、遵守紧急情况处理程序。
9. 和人力资源部一起进行人力规划和管理需求，明确和制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划。
10.确保客房员工培训需求的分析及被执行，培训计划有计划地实施并满足其需求。
11.优化部门管理体系，监控、管理存货清单以便对客用物品、机器设备、布草、制服等的有效控制，确保维持标准的库存和成本，以保证成本符合预算。
12.制定及实施客房部的运行及预算计划，跟踪、报告、控制部门的总体运营成本，严格控制客用品及清洁用品的消耗，合理使用，避免浪费，并做好部门资产管理及盘点工作。
13.与各部门密切配合，建立良好的工作关系。
岗位要求1. 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能。
2. 具有良好的中文写作能力, 熟练使用各类办公软件。
3. 具有解决问题、推理、号召、组织和培训能力。
4. 在管理队伍中有很强的领导技能。
5. 拥有客房相关专业技能。
6. 拥有在相似规模酒店客房工作经验，4年同等岗位的管理经验。
语言能力：中国普通话-精通计算机能力：精通年龄要求：30-45岁
