3.协助厨师长监督所有菜品及摆盘的质量与持续性(质量控制)。
Assist the chef in supervising the quality and consistency of all dishes and their presentation (quality control).
4.能够在相关区域操作指定的厨房设备。
Be capable of operating the designated kitchen equipment in the relevant area.
5.保证厨房区域包括仓库、冷房、冷冻室、干货库干净、整洁并做到卫生标准。
Ensure that the kitchen area, including the warehouse, cold storage, freezer and dry goods storage, is clean, tidy and meets hygiene standards.
