【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房部的日常运营管理,确保客房清洁、维护及服务质量符合希尔顿品牌标准;
2、监督和指导客房服务员的工作,分配任务并检查完成情况,确保高效完成客房清洁、布草更换等工作;
3、处理宾客的投诉及特殊需求,及时协调解决,提升宾客满意度;
4、负责客房物资的管理,包括布草、清洁用品及客用品的库存控制与补充,确保合理使用并控制成本;
5、定期检查客房设施设备,发现问题及时报修,确保客房处于良好状态;
6、协助制定并执行客房部的培训计划,提升员工专业技能与服务意识;
7、与其他部门(如前厅、工程、安保等)保持良好沟通,确保协作顺畅。
【岗位要求】
1、中技及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2、3年以上酒店客房部工作经验,其中至少1年主管或领班岗位经验;
3、熟悉客房部工作流程及标准,具备较强的现场管理能力;
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力,能妥善处理宾客投诉及突发事件;
5、工作细致认真,责任心强,能承受一定的工作压力。
