• Assist in the implementation of the hotel‘s food safety management system.

• Assist in the daily audit, action plan and report of the F&B Department.

• Be responsible for training all kitchen and F&B staff.

• Maintain good communication with team members.

• Conduct daily communication and record reports in logbooks for further correction and training.

• Possess knowledge in fire control and safety.

• Inspect and maintain the hygiene of the garbage room in accordance with standards.

• Review waste classification methods.
审阅垃圾分类方法。
• Organize and coordinate monthly inventory with the Finance Department.
与财务一起组织和协调每月的存货。
• Guide all kitchen and F&B team members on food safety standards.
指导所有厨房和餐饮团队成员的食品安全标准。
• Implement and track meetings related to Hilton Food Safety Management System.
实施、追踪有关希尔顿食品安全管理体系的会议。
• Attend designated meetings and handle important external calls and visitors.

• Continuously improve the Hilton Food Safety Management System with the assistance of the team, and focus on the qualification identification of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.

• List all processes required for training employees on the Hilton Food Safety Management System, and coordinate the implementation of all reasonable arrangements and guidance.
列出所有对员工进行希尔顿食品安全管理体系培训需要的流程,并协调所有合理的安排和指导的实行。
• Ensure proper hygiene procedures, supervise logbooks and hot/cold food service to maintain adequate food hygiene; take correct corrective actions when food fails to meet the requirements of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
确保正确的卫生程序,监督日志本以及冷热食物的服务,确保适当的食物卫生。当食物没有遵照危害分析和关键环节控制点的要求时,采取正确的解决方式。
• Comply with the First-In-First-Out and date labeling principles.

• Maintain good working relationships with all departments and staff at all times to ensure all-round cooperation.
要随时与各个部门和员工保持良好的工作关系以确保全方位的合作。
• Perform additional tasks to better maintain the hotel‘s food safety management system.
做一些额外的工作以便更好的维持酒店的食品安全管理体系。
• Perform any other reasonable duties and assigned responsibilities.
