Control Room or Command Centre shall always be manned 24 hours by the Security Guard assigned and shall not be left unattended under any circumstances.
控制室或指挥中心应始终24小时有安全警卫人员，并且在任何情况下不得无人照看。

Security officer manning the Control Room or Command Centre must be alert at all time and to record all incident reports from various post and any instructions given by Security Supervisor or Loss&Prevention Manager.
控制室或指挥中心的安保人员必须随时提醒，并记录各个岗位的所有事故报告以及安全主管或安全经理发出的任何指示。

Security officer on duty at Control Room are engaged in the following duties which requires full commitment.
在控制室值班的保安人员必须遵循以下职责。
to monitor the CCTV and the Fire Alarm Control Panel
监视CCTV画面和火灾报警控制面板。

To record, verify and clear all various property, declaration and other relevant forms leaving or entering the hotel premise.
记录并核实离开或进入酒店的各类财产，监督出门证的使用。

Project a professional, confident, efficient and reassuring image to hotel guest, visitors and staff alike.
为酒店的客人，访客和员工提供一个专业，自信，高效和可靠的形象。


 To monitor and have a proper key control. Conduct daily checks on the Key Control Log  Book and also to that all keys are in tag and properly registered.
对借钥匙日志进行日常检查，并且所有钥匙封包都有签名标签并正确登记。

Monitor the operation of all electronic security devices, alarm and surveillance systems.
监控所有电子安全设备，报警和监视系统的运行。

Security officer on duty is to observe incoming and outgoing personnel, staffs, employees of the hotel and vendors, contractors and visitors on their hand luggage and bags.
值班保安人员应观察进出的工作人员，酒店员工，供应商，承包商和访客的手提行李和包裹 。

Security officer is to inquire from the contractors, vendors and visitors of their business in the hotel and to direct them to the check point (time keeper) to register and obtain their respective security passes.
保安人员须向来酒店办理业务的承办商，供应商及访客查询，并指示他们前往检查站（TK）登记及取得其各自的通行证

Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Security, Safety and Fire Prevention as directed by the Loss&Prevention Manager.
根据安保经理的指示，保持对安全和防火知识的全面和及时的了解。

To ensure and check all contractors are at their specified work areas and with a valid security passes.
确保并检查所有承包商在其指定的工作区域活动并能够提供有效的安全通行证。



To ensure that all guest rooms are closed at all time.
确保所有客房门始终处于关闭状态


To check periodically on general appearance and turn-out of whole building during hours of duty.
定期检查整个建筑物的整体外观和周围情况


To perform any other related duties which may be assigned from any time by the Loss&Prevention Manager, Assistant Loss&Prevention Manager or security Supervisor.
执行安保经理，安保副经理和安全主管随时分配的任何其他职责。


Take independent action as authorized when necessary to deal with any emergency.
在必要时采取独立行动，以处理紧急情况


 
Undertake patrols and post duties as directed under supervision.
根据指示进行巡逻和执行岗位职责。


Provide and carry out Asset protection and Loss Prevention Measures.
提供和执行资产保护和防损措施。


Report immediately any infringements of security and safety to his next available superior.
发生任何突发事件都要立即报告上级。



Undergo periods of security and safety training.

Safe-guard all information related to hotel clients and the company.
