按照国家安全部门和上级主管部门的有关规定和要求，以“宾客至上，服务第一”为宗旨，确定不同时期内公司安全保卫工作的总目标和各岗位分目标的制定并实施安全保卫目标的具体方案； 制定并完善度假村总体安全制度和各岗位安全责任制；制定监督检查措施，定期检查各种制度的落实情况；根据“预防为主”的方针，以多种形式经常在度假村内开展以防火、防盗、防爆、防自然灾害事故等为中心的安全教育和法制教育，保障度假村及客人的生命、财产安全，维护度假村良好的经营秩序。
