【岗位职责】
1、负责前台日常运营管理，确保宾客接待、入住登记、退房结账等流程高效顺畅
2、督导礼宾、总机、商务中心等对客服务岗位的工作标准执行
3、处理宾客投诉及突发事件，制定服务补救方案并跟进落实
4、分析宾客满意度调查数据，提出服务改进计划并推动实施
5、排班管理及员工培训，提升团队服务意识和专业技能
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店前台或宾客服务部门1年以上管理经验
2、熟练使用Opera等酒店管理系统及办公软件
3、优秀的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理各类宾客关系问题
4、英语口语流利，可进行商务会话
5、适应倒班工作制，具备较强的抗压能力
