工作职责
1.负责砧板区域的日常管理工作，合理安排岗位人员作业任务，确保切配工作高效、有序进行。
2.有序进行。
2.严格执行食材验收、储存、切配标准，保障食材新鲜、卫生，符合食品安全规范要求。
3.监督并指导员工按照菜品规格和出餐流程进行标准化操作，确保出品质量稳定
统一。4.协助制定切配损耗控制方案，定期盘点原材料使用情况，有效降低运营成本。
5.配合厨房整体运营需求，与其他岗位协调配合，完成临时性工作任务及应急支持。
任职资格
1.具有中技(中专/技校/职高)及以上学历，烹饪类相关专业优先考虑。2.具备3年以上餐饮行业后厨工作经验，其中至少1年以上担任砧板主管或相关管理岗位经验。
3.熟悉各类食材特性及切配工艺，掌握食品安全与厨房卫生管理基本要求。
4.具备较强的团队组织能力和现场协调能力，能够胜任高强度工作环境。
5.身体健康，无不良记录，持有有效健康证明者优先。
语言能力：中国普通话-一般
