中厨房领班（炒锅）
工作职责：
1. 在整个工作过程中，始终保持高度的客户服务意识。
2.熟悉掌握菜单和酒水单上的内容，并可以详细的给客人做出解释。
3. 检查餐厅当天预定，保证员工能够按照预定准备及正确摆台，做好相应的准备，并能致电确认预定。
4.遵守服务程序，保证餐厅的各个区域都符合服务标准。
5.通过体现自身的专业素质，为餐厅的其他员工树立良好榜样。
6.熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间。
任职资格：
1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）学历，烹饪、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。
2. 至少1年厨房工作经验，有厨房领班或类似管理岗位经验者优先。
3. 熟悉厨房运作流程，掌握各类烹饪技巧与菜品制作方法。
4. 具备良好的组织协调与沟通能力，能有效管理厨房团队。
5. 具备较强的食品安全与卫生意识，遵守相关法规与标准。
6. 能够承受工作压力，具备良好的应变能力与解决问题的能力。
7. 对工作认真负责，具有团队合作精神与服务意识。
