1、确保客房清洁状况和布置规格，达到酒店的标准。
2、每日负责监督检查全部的客房，走廊，工作间的清洁服务工作。
3、负责所有员工的工作分配，并确保员工能迅速有效的理解和知晓他们的责任，以便在任何时候，质量和服务均符合标准。
4、解决员工日常工作中遇到的疑难问题。
5、处理客人投诉
6、每天审阅员工的日报表
7、负责员工的排班，考勤及休假审核；根据客房住房情况合理安排员工日常工作；调查日常工作中发生的问题并及时处理汇报。
8、掌握客房状态，及时将变化情况，客人特别资料输入电脑；督促服务员做好客人遗留物品记录与招领工作。
9、将开会内容必要时通知到员工知道并负责执行。
10、下班前检查房态是否正确，填写房表，DND及特殊事项，汇总当天酒水消费情况及数量，做好记录
11、执行其它的相关工作，如楼层经理或者行政管家可能指定的工作。
12、负责下属员工的考勤、考核工作。
