3.根据预定部相关流程，维护及更新客户资料和营销数据库。
4.提供电话订餐服务；

任职资格：
1.大学专科。
2.具有良好的中英文沟通技巧。
3.较强的人际交往能力。
4.有至少2年的酒店相关部门（前台总机/预订部）工作经验
