职位描述
有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和设施的维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态。
1、维修保养酒店所有的油漆、木制品、大理石和地砖等工作；
2、定期检查门、机械门锁、闭门器、地毯、窗户、窗锁、桌、椅等，对维修单进行及时处理；
3、定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作；
4、完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
岗位要求
1、有节能方面的知识；
2、对维修损坏的旧家具及地毯、墙纸、吊顶，门、五金，锁具要有一定的经验，能够提出解决方案；
3、具备基本的油漆工、木工、瓦工和建筑的知识；
4、具备同星级酒店相关工作经验。
