Provides summary reports of the costs required by the Accounting and Control division to prepare daily and monthly reports.
向各部门负责人提供其盈利中心运营所需的成本数据。
Provides Division/Departments Heads with the cost figures necessary for them to operate their individual profit centre profitably.
确保运营层级人员的数据输入准确无误。
Ensures accurate data input by operation level personnel.
审查后台运作部门，即物料部和备餐厨房。
Audits heart-of-house functions; namely, materials management and the commissary kitchen.
审查所有日常运作的餐饮部门。
Audits the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage outlets.
完全熟悉物料部运作，如收货，采购，发货，仓库和备餐厨房。
Fully conversant with operation of the Materials Department, i.e. receiving, purchasing, issuing, storing and commissary kitchen.
完全熟悉内部控制流程。
Fully familiar with internal control procedures.
