岗位职责
1. 提供各项行李服务，引领客人到房间，介绍酒店及房间的设施设备，快速巡视房间是否存在问题，及时通知相关部门予以解决；
2. 有条理的寄存客人的行李并确保客人行李的安全；
3. 确保礼宾部区域的整洁卫生，及常用客用资料和物品等的补充更新；
4. 接听礼宾台电话，应客人的不同需求提供服务；
5. 熟悉酒店内部及周边信息，解答客人各类问询；
6. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求
1、拥有1年以上五星级酒店相关工作经验；
2、良好的英语运用能力；
3、身体健康，思维敏捷。
