岗位职责
1、负责酒店前台的日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续，处理预订变更等。
2、提供专业的客户服务，解答客人咨询，协助解决客人在店期间的各种需求。
3、准确处理现金、信用卡等支付方式，确保账务清晰无误。
4、维护前台区域整洁有序，确保工作环境符合酒店标准。
5、与其他部门保持良好沟通，协调解决突发问题。
6、熟悉酒店产品及周边信息，为客人提供个性化推荐。
岗位要求
1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能够热情、耐心地对待每一位客人。
2、具备基本的计算机操作能力，能熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统。
3、工作细致认真，具备较强的责任心和团队协作精神。
4、能够适应轮班制工作（包括夜班），具备一定的抗压能力。
5、有酒店前台或相关服务行业经验者优先。
6、形象端正，普通话流利，具备基本英语沟通能力。
