1、按照部门工作程序处理客房的预订和酒店相关咨询。
2、确保所有与宾客服务中心有关的事宜都作妥善处理。
3、悉知房价变动，特殊安排，各种促销活动和预订截止日期。
4、按照标准接听、转接电话。
5、准备相关报表。
岗位要求
1、大专及以上学历，有相关岗位工作经验。
2、能够熟练使用Opera系统。
3、掌握运用销售及前台电脑系统。
4、良好的中英文口头书面表达能力。
5、良好的交流及沟通能力。
6、独立工作的能力及团队工作的能力。
