3、协助厨师长和副厨师长充分落实酒店的标准。
4、监督食品准备和烹制的过程防止浪费。
5、根据部门标准,清理工作台并完成收尾工作。
6、维持并严格遵守现有的卫生/健康规定和酒店要求。
