2. 熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间。
3. 在酒吧备餐的过程中严格遵守服务标准。
4. 满足客人的各项要求，如不能立即回答客人的问题及时汇报上级。
5. 确保所有服务都符合标准。
6. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

2. 具有积极合作的精神。
3. 具有较强的应变能力。
