岗位职责
1、符合仪表仪容要求，完成相关工作。
2、给宾客送赠品(如果篮、花篮、巧克力等)。
3、收回房间通道及其他区域用过的餐车及餐具，并送往洗碗间。
4、送餐前，检查送餐车、托盘及赠品，确保一切准备就绪，一旦需要，即可送出。
5、控制营业所需的餐具，定期参加盘点。
岗位要求
1、有在国际联号酒店同岗位工作经验优先。
2、熟悉菜肴酒水知识，送餐服务的工作规范及质量标准。
3、熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪。
4、有较强的语言表达能力，及推销能力。
