岗位职责
1、负责迎接客人，引导客人入座，为客人介绍场所设施和服务项目。
2、根据客人的需求，提供餐饮服务。
3、保持包房或座位的整洁，及时更换烟灰缸，清理桌面垃圾。
4、协调与其他服务员或工作人员的工作，确保服务的连贯性和高效性。
5、确保场所内的消防安全，熟悉消防设备的使用方法，并在紧急情况下能够迅速疏散客人。
6、协助客人进行结账，确保账单准确无误。
岗位要求
1、服务意识强，能够主动为客人提供优质服务。
2、具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客人进行愉快的交流，解决客人的问题。
3、了解餐饮产品的知识，能够为客人提供专业的推荐和建议。
