【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店楼层的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。
2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。
3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。
4、协助楼层经理进行各项工作。
5、日常检查员工对于客房的保洁情况，并做好记录。
【岗位要求】
1、中专及以上学历。
2、有1年以上同岗位工作经验。
3、熟悉客房清洁、检查流程与标准。
4、吃苦耐劳，身体健康。
