【岗位职责】
1.	Coordinates day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
协调日常运营，确保每天的工作质量，并且满足客户的期望。
2.	Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
制定具体的目标和计划来优先化、组织和完成本职的工作。
3.	Supports concierge team to keep them focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results.
全力支持礼宾部团队，使得团队更专注于运营的关键以确保推动宾客满意度和预期的财务结果。
4.	Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed goals.
了解部门运作并且能够掌控财务预算和预期收益目标。
5.	Supports the establishment of an effective database to be used by all team members for restaurant and local attractions. 
建立一个有效的数据库，以给予整个酒店团队熟悉当地的景点和餐厅，如果可以与餐厅建立适当的联系。
6.	Provides recommendations and arranges services for guests as requested (e.g., car rental, airline and train tickets, office services, beauty and barber services, baby-sitting, repairs, shopping).
根据客人的要求为客人提供建议和计划（例如 车辆服务、机票服务、火车票服务、会议室预定、保姆、购物指南等）。
7.	Provides check-in and check-out services and handles reservations when needed.
必要时能为客人提供办理入住和退房，并在必要时处理预定。
8.	Maintains knowledge of rooms and their locations, services and facilities of the hotel.
充分掌握酒店产品知识，房间位置和各项服务设施。
9.	Ensures repeat and VIP guests are receiving appropriate service and ensures their requests are carried out.
确保回头客和VIP客人能够得到适同的服务，并确保他们的想法和诉求可以被满足。
10.	Improves service by assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
通过沟通了解客人的需求，为客人提供向导计划，根据客人的反馈不断对服务做出改进。
11.	Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
回应并处理客人的问题和投诉。

【岗位要求】
1. 2-3 years Guest Services management experience, preferably in hotel industry.
2-3年宾客服务工作经验，有酒店经验者优先。
2. Good knowledge and understanding of labor law and other related laws.
熟悉劳动法及劳动雇佣其他相关法律。
3. Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.
性格外向容易相处，良好的沟通技巧。
4. Able to operate computer software program.
能够操作办公室软件。
