【岗位职责】

1、全面负责餐饮部的日常运营管理工作，制定并执行餐饮服务标准与流程，确保服务质量与顾客满意度；

2、监督餐厅、酒吧、宴会等各餐饮区域的运营，协调前厅与后厨工作，优化服务效率；

3、制定餐饮部年度预算，控制成本与损耗，提升部门盈利能力；

4、策划并执行季节性菜单、促销活动及特色餐饮项目，提升品牌影响力；

5、负责餐饮部员工培训、考核及团队建设，提升员工专业素养与服务意识；

6、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护酒店声誉与客户关系；

7、确保餐饮部符合卫生、安全及环保标准，定期检查设施设备运行状况。

【岗位要求】

1、具备酒店或高端餐饮行业管理经验，熟悉餐饮运营流程及服务标准；

2、出色的沟通协调能力及团队管理与领导能力，能够有效调动员工积极性；

3、具备较强的成本控制意识与数据分析能力，熟悉预算编制及财务指标；

4、对市场趋势敏感，具备创新思维与营销策划能力；

5、具备较强的抗压能力与问题解决能力；

6、具备较强的酒水知识。

7、英文口语流利。
