Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
· Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
· Establish and instruct talent in cash security procedures.
· Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
· Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
· Deal with irregular payments.
· Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
· Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
· Control stock and monitor security procedures.
· Assist with menu and wine list creation.
· Saving all kinds of expenses.
· Saving the energy cost.
· Guide daily team work, supervise the implementation of F&B activities and departmental service standards.
· 当经理不在场时,负责团队监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
· 全力妥善处理客诉,并负责将所有投诉进行登记、跟进解决与复盘,形成闭环管理。
· 建立现金操作规范,指导员工正确执行现金处理程序。
· 监督现金操作与交接全流程,把控资金安全。
· 填写部门营业收入相关报表。
· 处理非日常的付款。
· 监管并维护服务设备。
· 监督宾客设施运维与服务标准落地。
· 控制餐饮库存,落实库存安全监管流程。
· 协助完成菜单、酒水单的研发与更新优化。
· 严控各项运营成本,落实节能降耗举措,缩减日常开支。
· 督导团队日常工作,监管餐饮活动落地与部门服务标准执行。
Job Requirements岗位要求
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
· Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
· Associate degree or above.
· Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
· 良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
· 至少2年酒店相关运营经验,国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先。
· 酒店管理专业毕业。
· 全日制大专(含)以上学历。
· 餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。
