Meet with managers, department and division headsto discuss training needs. Develop learning strategies and plans withmanagement based upon deficiencies identified in a needs assessment. Design,develop, and produce training materials (e.g., facilitator/participantworkbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, posters). Prepare for training classes(e.g., materials, setup classes, breakdown classes). Design and createinteractive training in various formats. Conduct stand-up training to groups ofemployees. Monitor and ensure departments are attending trainings.

和各部门经理/总监沟通讨论部门培训需要,和部门一起根据培训需求确定培训策略及培训计划,设计、发展和建立培训材料(包括培训师/培训参加人员材料、手册、培训指南、海报等),准备培训课程(比如材料准备、培训教室设置、培训安排等)。设计及创造互动多样培训方式,给员工进行培训,监督并确保部门员工参加培训。

Assist management in training, scheduling,evaluating, counseling and motivating and coaching employees. Follow allcompany and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents,injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language;answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positiveworking relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listenand respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Enter and locatework-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Performother reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

·Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations(e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).

·          Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company culture, job roles,responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.

·          Meet with department manager/division heads to develop and createEnglish training classes base on departments needs

·          Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or pointof sale systems.

·          Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than orequal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Hiring - NewEmployees聘用新员工

·          Ensure company grooming standards are communicated effectively to allnew employees.确保有效地与每位新员工沟通酒店仪容仪表的标准

·          Assist with orientation of new employees.

·          Ensure departments have adequate supply of Certified New Hire Trainingmaterials for new hires.

·          Assist with design and development of training programs, (includinglesson plans and training methods) following company training philosophy andstandards)

·          Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employeesurveys.

·          Actively forwarding and sharing  social media information of hotel, includingWeChat , Weibo and so on.
