Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with hotel goals, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.财务战略领导力: 制定并执行符合酒店目标的财务战略，确保盈利能力和可持续发展。
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize resource allocation.预算与预测: 监督年度预算编制、财务预测及差异分析，优化资源配置。
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements, KPIs, and performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.财务报告: 编制准确的月度/季度财务报表、关键绩效指标及管理层报告，供高管和利益相关者审阅。
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Mitigate financial risks.合规与风险管理: 确保符合财务法规、税法及内部控制要求，降低财务风险。
Team Management: Lead and mentor finance teams (e.g., accounting, payroll, procurement) to achieve operational excellence.团队管理: 领导并指导财务团队（如会计、薪资、采购）实现卓越运营。

Qualifications / 任职需求

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.教育背景: 财务、会计或相关专业本科；MBA/注册会计师/注册管理会计师优先。
Experience: 10+ years in finance, including 5+ years in hospitality; prior experience in international hotel chains is a plus.工作经验: 10年以上财务经验，5年以上酒店行业经验；有国际连锁酒店经验者优先。
