主要工作职责
1.负责宾客游泳的安全、勤巡视池内泳者的动态，发现溺水者要迅速处理，做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告。
2.认真做好每天的清场工作。
3.负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生。
4.上班集中精神，不得与无关人员闲谈，救生台不得空岗，无关人员不得进入池面。
5.勤在泳池边观察，注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全，对不会游泳者可作技术指导。6.做好餐厅准备工作，积极检查备用餐具是否齐全，餐台上器皿及需用品是否整洁和齐备。
7.及时了解客人的心态和需求，为顾客提供优质服务。
8.及时报告厨师自助餐需补充的食品，并转告客人提出的问题或意见。
资质要求
1.熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得救生员资格证书。
2.能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
3.有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
年龄要求：25-40岁
