工作职责：
1.执行部门所有文秘方面的工作，如打印、部门各种数据保存等。
2.保持客房部办公室、仓库物品充足，且在合理范围内。
3.跟进提交工程维修单（物业流程如需要）。
4.管理客人借用物品。
5.按照物业规章制度，管理客人遗留物品。
6.严格管理并记录钥匙管理相关的工作。
7.根据楼层领班/主管的查房报告，及时更新房态，确保系统内房态的准确无误。8.确保客房部各项系统正常运作。
9.了解客房基本运作流程。
10.负责信息收集和资料积累工作。
11.负责部门考勤统计工作。
12.负责部门采购、合同及付款流程。
13.遵守相关的规章制度，并积极参加培训。
14.完成上级交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上文化程度。
2.具有相关行业工作经验。
3.具有良好的文字表达能力和沟通能力。
4.熟练使用电脑，熟悉 Microsoft Offic软件
5.富有工作责任心，诚实可靠 ，态度积极。
6.具有团队精神，能承受工作压力
