1.Under the leadership of resident manager, be responsible for the operation management and as well as the operation management indicators.
在驻店经理领导下，负责公司的运营管理工作，对各项经营管理指标负责。
2. Assist with residence manger in adopt and supervision all existing programs to ensure the smooth implementation of all company policies, regulations and the behaviors.
协助驻店经理运用及监管所有运营程序，确保公司政策和制度以及公司各项行为的顺利实施。
3.Coordinate with operations departments to achieve the revenue and expenditure targets, and ensure smooth daily operation of a property
协调运营部门，确保达到财政收支目标，以及物业日常运营工作的顺利进行。
4. Assist with residence manager in conduct daily affairs, responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of work assigned by resident manager, as well as timely report to the resident manager.
协助驻店经理日常运营事务的开展，负责驻店经理交办工作的督办、协调与落实，并及时向驻店经理进行汇报。
5. Maintain good communication and coordination with all partners.
保持各合作方的良好沟通和协调。
6. Establish and maintain good customer relationships, including implementing customer strategies to improve guest satisfaction; actively and effectively handling guest feedback and complaints.
建立和维系良好的客户关系，贯彻包括客服策略，以提高客人满意度；积极有效的处理客人的反馈和投诉。
7. Be a property manager on duty on a regular basis.
定期担任物业值班经理。
8. In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
9. Any other tasks assigned by residence manager.
完成驻店经理交办的其他事宜。
