协助总监制定餐饮板块数字营销计划及预算,结合时令、新品、主题活动提供建议支持,保障餐饮品牌与酒店定位一致,维护集团品牌标准及跨店餐饮形象统一。
维护本地、国内外美食及生活方式类媒体、KOL资源,通过探店、品鉴等形式,塑造酒店餐饮良好口碑与潮流标签。
协助统筹餐饮数字营销日常工作,确保营销活动、内容输出按时完成。严格把控餐饮宣传物料、线上广告,符合集团标准及餐饮定位,传递菜品与服务优势。
策划执行餐饮主题数字营销活动,负责促销物料、宣传素材制作,对接媒体完成餐饮板块报道的选题、审核与发布。
配合市场传讯总监,围绕餐饮客群与定位优化策略,助力达成餐饮收入及营收结构目标。
结合酒店整体战略,为餐饮营销、客群拓展、营收提升提供建议与数据支持,优化营销矩阵,提升转化效率,坚守集团品牌标准。Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Marcom, work in line with hotel policies and group standards, focusing on the B&F segment of W Xiamen (including all restaurants, bars, banquet catering and special F&B projects). Strengthen the trendy and high-quality image of B&F through effective digital marketing and market communication, and help increase customer flow and revenue.
Assist the Director in formulating digital marketing plans and budgets for the B&F segment, provide suggestions and support based on seasons, new products and theme activities, ensure the B&F brand is consistent with the hotel's positioning, and maintain group brand standards and unified B&F image across stores.
Maintain resources of local, domestic and foreign food and lifestyle media and KOLs, and build a good reputation and trendy label for the hotel's B&F through store visits, tastings and other forms.
Assist in coordinating daily B&F digital marketing work to ensure the timely completion of marketing activities and content output. Strictly control B&F promotional materials and online advertisements to meet group standards and B&F positioning, and convey the advantages of dishes and services.
Plan and implement thematic digital marketing activities for B&F, be responsible for the production of promotional materials and publicity content, and coordinate with media to complete the topic selection, review and release of B&F reports.
Cooperate with the Director of Marcom to optimize strategies based on B&F customer groups and positioning, and help achieve B&F revenue and revenue structure goals.
In light of the hotel's overall strategy, provide suggestions and data support for B&F marketing, customer development and revenue growth, optimize the marketing matrix, improve conversion efficiency, and adhere to group brand standards.
