1. The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for promoting the hotel inthe digital space and driving business via online channel, in accordance withthe hotel's marketing positioning as well as corporate brand identity anddistribution guidelines, ensuring the image of the hotels are protected.
2. Develops and implements digital marketing strategies in line with thehotel's overall goal on online business.
3. Keep updated hotel-wide e-customer database and propose solutions for abetter customer information management.
4. Assists the DOM to plan, execute and monitor all online advertisingcampaigns for optimal results. Workswith DOM to develop advertising messages and creatives.
5. Develops, executes and monitors tactical campaigns on the hotel's socialmedia platforms to drive business and fan engagements In accordance withcorporate group policies and guidelines.
6. Managing the Wechat, Weibo and Facebook accounts for the hotels Workswith DOM to develop social media
7. Monitors and manages the online review and reply in professional andtimely manner. Identify operationalchallenges that affect ratings and reports them to senior management foraction.
8. In charge of all content and updates of the Regent and Park Plazawebsites. Ensuring new information isupdated in a timely manner and content is refreshed regular.
9. Manages the hotel,'s electronic direct marketing efforts to ensure thatall electronic marketing message are on brand and in line with corporateguidelines.
Job Requirement
1. Excellent Communication and presentation ability. Leading by example and taking accountabilityfor achieving the set targets and goals. Technologically savvy and interested in new trends in the digital worldis essential.
2. Aminimum of 3 years hotel experience, ideally including operational experienceas well as sales, marketing and PR experience.
