· Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, record same indiary and ensure the General Manager has the appropriate documentation for eachappointment

· Attend meetings such as Department Head Meeting, Executive CommitteeMeeting and any other when requested.

· Take minutes of attended meetings, accurately transcribe and circulate torelevant persons as soon as possible after the meeting.
正确记录会议并及时传送到相关人员
· Receive visitors and guests. In the absence of the General Manager, answerquestions and concerns and follow through resolutions.
接待来访者和客人。在总经理不在时回答客人的问题、帮助客人排忧解难
· Arrange room and restaurant reservations for VIP guests/personnel ifrequested
为重要客人预定房间及订餐
· Assist with travels arrangements for business trips as required.
按要求为商务旅行安排行程
· Assist General Manager in compiling guest data to be used for servicequality improvement
协助总经理编辑客人资料以备提高对客服务质量
· Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizingGeneral Manager’s priorities

· Answers telephones in the Executive Office as required

· Prepare replies to correspondence as required

· Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters
