岗位职责/职位描述1.员工设施管理：负责员工宿舍的统筹分配、退宿及入住办理。定期检查宿舍、更衣室、倒班室的卫生及设施安全，及时协调维修事宜，确保员工设施的环境整洁、安全有序。
2.通勤班车运营：负责员工班车的日常调度与协调，根据员工需求及路线优化班车时刻表，处理通勤过程中的突发状况，监督班车服务商的卫生与准点情况。
3.员工关怀活动执行：策划并组织月度员工生日会、美食节、季度员工大会、节日福利等员工关怀活动，负责场地布置、物资采购及现场氛围调动；
4.后勤物资与费用管理：负责宿舍、活动及餐厅布置所需物资的申购、盘点、存储、报销和付款，合理控制相关成本，做好各类台账的记录与维护。
5.HR行政支持：支持员工激励项目、管理员工的健康证、协助解答员工日常咨询，收集员工反馈意见，不断优化服务质量。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 具备良好的协调组织能力、沟通能力、分析能力和亲和力
3. 学习能力较强，能熟练掌握各类office软件、视频软件、图片编辑软件等该岗位工作必备技能；
4.加分项：宿舍管理经验、英语能力
