Job Responsibilities
Assist in formulating overall e-commerce business plans and KPI management, complete annual sales and profit targets.
Oversee full-channel store operation including product launching, promotion and best-selling product cultivation.
Manage online marketing campaigns and traffic delivery, optimize ROI, improve store traffic and conversion rate.
Responsible for live-streaming and short video content operation, cooperate with influencers to realize brand and sales growth.
Optimize product structure, inventory management and user repurchase system to enhance customer lifetime value.
Lead, train and manage the e-commerce team, standardize business processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics, adjust operation strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or product management.
• Proven working experience in hotel/hospitality industry digital products is highly preferred.
• Familiar with hotel tech ecosystem: direct booking, member lifecycle, PMS/CRS integration.
• Experience in international hotel groups is a plus.

• Strong process management, budget control and risk management capabilities.
• Professional product requirement and roadmap planning skills.
• Experience in direct connectivity / membership system design and delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
