Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1. To work as an active team member in the Food and Beverage Management, Food and Beverage Kitchen and Administration together with Director of Food & Beverage and Chef de Cuisine.
在餐饮部管理团队中积极工作,与餐饮总监共同推进厨房及行政工作
2. To assist outlet Chef’s in menu planning, effective roistering, cost control and other aspect of organizing, managing and running of their kitchen efficient and unified in an economical way
协助各部门厨师完成菜单、摆盘、成本控制.管理厨房，使其以一个经济的方式达到高效和统一
3. Comply with Marriott FSQM Check List.  Dictate a strict policy on kitchen, food and associate's cleanliness, which will help to prevent any potential hygiene problems
遵守万豪FSQM操作指南.制定严格的厨房策略，食品和员工的清洁，这将有助于防止任何潜在的卫生问题
4. To develop newideas in conjunction with department heads which will increase sales, reducecosts or increase the productivity of the kitchen operation.
与各部门领导沟通新想法，新思路,可以增加销售,降低成本或增强厨房的操作能力
5. Be a motivator tokitchen associates at all times by representing a self-confident, energetic andhappy manager

Job Requirements
岗位要求：
1、Have more than 5 years experience in the same star level culinary management. Have a very good understanding of Hunan culture and the Hunan market!
有5年以上同星级厨房管理工作经验。非常了解湖南文化和湖南市场！
2、Minimum 2 years of management experience in the Culinary Department of a luxury brand hotel.
至少2年在奢华品牌酒店厨房管理岗任职经验
3、 At least 3year of experience as a Executive Chef (or equivalent senior role).
且至少3年以上行政总厨任职经验
4、Familiar with the professional knowledge of the culinary department, FSQM and BSA,  skilled in the use of computers, with the use of culinary professional English communication and working ability.
熟悉厨房及万豪集团FSQM, BSA等专业知识，熟练使用电脑，具备使用厨房专业英语的沟通和工作能力。
5、Familiar with culinary management, service process and quality standards.
掌握熟悉厨房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
6、Have the ability of organization and coordination, adaptability, management ability, as well as written expression ability and information management ability.
具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
