Major Responsibilities:工作职责1.     Setting up bar, unlockingliquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnish set-up.	酒吧准备，开启存酒柜，冰块，玻璃杯，果汁及点缀品的准备2.     Accept drink orders fromfood and beverage servers in proper calling order to keep service bar atoptimum level of service for our guest.	准备从服务员处接到的酒水点单，制作并用适当的方式通知服务员取酒水。3.     Red-line all drink orders,checking for correct number of drinks and correct pricing. No drinks to be madewithout pre-rung guest check.	见到客人所点酒水单后，确认制作数量及价钱后为客人制作酒水。4.     Follow all service andbartender guidelines based by Marriott or Beverage Manager	按照万豪酒水服务及制作指导工作。5.     All cocktails are to be madein accordance with Marriott standard recipes and/or Old Mr. Boston Bar Guideusing the standard jigger at all times.	所有的鸡尾酒必须按照万豪集团统一标准制作。6.     Service guests promptly,hospitably and efficiently, when working on a front bar.	在酒吧前台工作的员工要求有效率，专业的工作。7.     Know the Basic of the Day	掌握日常工作流程8.     Prepare in time all Drinksfor daily Taste panel accordingly to the schedule	根据日程安排及时准备试酒所需的酒水。9.     Have your Mise en placeready at least 10 minutes before the bar or Service bar opens.	在酒吧开始工作前十分钟准备好调酒所需的材料及器皿。10.  Inform your Outlet Managerand Beverage Manager of “86” items.	通知部门经理和酒水部经理关于酒水种类的沽清11.  Be responsible for allorders and make sure of a proper order procedure	确保所有点单及制作酒水的过程正确12.   Followall Marriott policies and procedures.	按照万豪集团政策及程序工作 Special Job Duties: 工作任务1.     Day bartender will receiveand check liquor against previous night's requisitions. Any discrepancies withthe receiving order is brought to the attention of the beverage manager.	白班调酒师需对照夜班酒水记录，任何收货时的短缺应提请经理注意。2.     Night bartender willrequisition liquor to bring pars up in accordance with the par sheets.	夜班调酒师根据酒水盘点表提货补充酒水3.     At no time should you leavethe bar area unless properly relieved by a manager, supervisor or anotherbartender.	不能随意离开吧台，除非有经理，主管或者另外的调酒师接班4.     Assist night bar attendantwith mopping floors, cans and general sanitation to include; speed rails,counters, melting ice in bins and wiping all stainless.	协助其他员工做清洁工作，擦拭地板，工作台，溶化冰块等5.     Have available the Marriottstandard recipes, beverage department standard operating procedures, sanitationchecklist and other relevant paperwork and forms.	有万豪集团酒水制作标准，部门标准工作流程，卫生检查表及相关的工作文件6.    Nightbartender will be responsible for bar security and loss prevention in his/herarea of responsibilities.	夜班调酒师负责酒吧的安全及物品丢失的防范工作。 Profile of Qualifications: 职位要求1.
