【岗位职责】
1、协助餐饮经理制定并执行餐厅运营计划，确保日常运营高效有序
2、负责餐厅服务流程的监督与优化，提升顾客用餐体验
3、协助管理餐厅员工排班、培训及绩效考核
4、监督食品卫生安全标准执行，确保符合行业规范
5、处理顾客投诉及突发事件，维护餐厅声誉
6、协助控制餐厅运营成本，包括食材采购、库存管理等
7、收集并分析经营数据，定期提交运营报告
8、配合市场部门执行促销活动方案
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识和团队协作能力
2、较强的沟通协调能力及应急处理能力
3、能适应早晚班及节假日工作安排
4、基础办公软件操作能力（Word/Excel等）
5、有餐饮行业至少5年工作经验
6、身体健康，符合餐饮行业从业要求
