【岗位职责】
1、负责粤菜/海南菜菜品的研发、制作及出品，确保菜品质量稳定、口味正宗；
2、根据餐厅经营需求，制定菜单并优化菜品结构，提升顾客满意度；
3、严格把控食材采购、储存及加工环节，确保食品安全与卫生标准；
4、管理厨房日常运作，合理分配工作任务，提高团队协作效率；
5、定期培训厨房员工，提升团队专业技能及服务意识；
6、控制厨房成本，减少浪费，优化食材使用效率；
7、配合餐厅营销活动，推出季节性特色菜品，提升品牌竞争力。
【岗位要求】
1、精通粤菜或海南菜烹饪技艺，具备扎实的刀工、火候及调味功底；
2、熟悉各类食材特性及烹饪方法，能独立完成经典菜品的制作与创新；
3、具备较强的菜品研发能力，能根据市场需求调整菜单；
4、注重食品安全与卫生，严格遵守厨房操作规范；
5、工作责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力；
6、对餐饮行业有热情，愿意持续学习并提升专业技能。
7、月休4天，灵活调休，法定节假日加班按国家规定发放三倍工资
