Floor Supervisor

楼层主管：

Directs and controls all subordinate Villa Attendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.

知道和控制所有下属的服务员，确保每天的运营事宜得到及时处理和满足客人需求。

Assigns villas for cleaning as per schedules and monitors the cleaning process.

按要求安排清洁和监管清洁程序。

Ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned on time, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeeping once complete.

确保空房及时清洁，检查清洁完成情况，完成时及时报告给办公室。

Reports engineering failures and breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules

报告工程缺陷，跟进维修的进度。

Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order

监督客房部工作间的干净和维护，确保物品摆放有序。

Oversees the issuing, controlling and application of housekeeping cleaning chemicals.

监管客房部清洁用品的发放，控制和使用。

To attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuring that they are is properly attended to.

Supervises the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, immediately reporting and defects

Eliminates all work hazards to employees, and also checks on safety and fire regulations.

Supervises the appearance and good manners of the employees and securing their co-operation

Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops Resort Hosts and Telephone Operators.

Assists in the selection, training and evaluation of Resort Hosts and Telephone Operators.

Continuously seeking for initiatives to improve operational procedures and service standards.
