· 大专及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、酒店管理、传媒等相关专业优先。
· 有酒店行业工作经验，熟悉酒店产品（客房、餐饮、宴会等）及运营流程。
· 对酒店行业及直播电商有热情，具备创新思维和抗压能力。
