工作职责：
1. 全面负责中餐厅日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务质量监督、客户满意度提升及现场突发事件处理；
2. 制定并执行月度经营计划，管控成本费用，达成营收与利润目标；
3. 组织员工培训与团队建设，持续提升服务标准与团队执行力；
4. 严格执行食品安全、消防安全及劳动安全相关法律法规，确保合规运营；
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上连锁餐饮或中大型社会餐饮门店管理经验，有独立带店经历者优先；
3. 熟悉餐饮运营全流程，具备较强的组织协调能力、数据分析能力及客户服务意识；
4. 持有有效食品卫生健康证明；
