【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维修、保养及故障排除，包括但不限于水电、空调、管道、门窗等；
2、定期检查酒店公共区域及客房的设施运行情况，确保其正常运转；
3、协助完成酒店小型工程改造及设备安装工作；
4、及时响应各部门的维修需求，提供高效、专业的维修服务；
5、做好维修记录及设备保养档案，确保工作可追溯；
6、遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合酒店安全标准。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础的维修技能，熟悉水电、木工、油漆等常见维修工作；
2、动手能力强，能独立完成日常维修任务；
3、工作认真负责，具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神；
4、能适应轮班工作制，包括夜班及节假日值班；
5、有酒店或物业维修经验者优先考虑；
6、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、焊工证等）者优先。
