1.根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求
2.开发、维护、评估、分析各招聘渠道；
3.建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系；
4.利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构；
5.执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作；
6.建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。岗位要求：
岗位要求
1.学历要求：人力资源、管理或相关专业大学专科以上学历。
2.工作经验：1年以上同岗工作经验。对人才的发现与引进、组织与人员调整有一定经验；熟悉招聘流程及各种招聘渠道。
年龄要求：25-35岁
