【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店工程设备的日常维护、保养及管理工作，确保设施设备正常运行
2、制定并执行预防性维护计划，降低设备故障率
3、统筹安排工程部人员工作，合理分配任务并监督执行
4、处理突发性设备故障，及时组织抢修并做好应急预案
5、控制工程部运营成本，优化能源消耗管理
6、负责新建、改建项目的施工监督与验收工作
7、建立完善设备档案及维护记录系统
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店工程设备管理相关经验，熟悉暖通、给排水、强电弱电等系统
2、掌握工程设备维护保养的专业知识及操作规范
3、具备较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力
4、能独立处理突发设备故障，具备应急响应能力
5、熟悉工程预算编制及成本控制方法
6、持有相关职业资格证书者优先
