To supervise Welcome Experience Team and W Lounge, ensures that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction, represents property management in resolving any guest or properly related situation. Maintains condition of the W lounge and orders supplies and equipment. To ensure that the Loyalty area is working in a professional manner at all times, Responsible for hiring, training and development of all Welcome Experience and W Lounge. related talents, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.

Assist Assistant Welcome Manager to review the related MBV report.
协助迎宾部副经理对相关 MBV 报表进行审核。
Training and supervise talent according to the BSA & LQA standard.
按照 BSA&LQA 的标准培训和监督员工。
Complete all hotel compliance and cooperate with other department.
配合完成成酒店各种合规审计。
Experience working in a luxury or lifestyle-related business/environment would be a highly positive attribute.
有相关奢华或引领时髦潮流的环境中的工作经验者优先。
Full time undergraduate graduation, prefer college English test band 4 or band 6. Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Mandarin.
全日制本科毕业，英语四六级或以上者优先。能够流利使用英文和普通话以书面和口头进行沟通。
