Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance, Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility. Be aware of possible situations where guests are notable to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services, Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures. Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck.
当观察到需要帮助的游泳者时，为期提供专业的救援服务。密切观察游泳者的危险情况、反常及不安全的活动、在泳池挣扎的泳客。监督泳池及相关设施的规章制度实施。当发现宾客有安全隐患时及时通知主管级经理。在急救人员还没赶到前为受伤的宾客提供紧急救援服务。为宾客营造轻松愉悦的围。根据酒店标准整理、折叠和放置毛巾。负责清洗擦拭泳池地面。
