As an integral part of the marketing discipline, Digital Marketing is a strategic function,and encompasses the actions we fake to influence our external guests, internal guests, owners, company and community-at-large. Maintenance of whotels.com, EDM, and hotel presence on key OTA channels, promotions are all means to accomplish the goal of enhanced brand and business perception when aligned with marketing objectives, enhanced business.

Manage all online marketing initiatives for a hotel or designated set of hotels. Pian and execute marketing campaigns at a properly level, enabling more customized and need based online marketing for hotels. (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Core role is to optimize the website marketing, manage EDM tool, online content management fools for third parties & branded websites, manage and execute online advertising plan and be the primary owner of all relevant online reporting.

Key responsibility is to drive marketing solutions that will improve performance for the various online channels and together with Revenue Management team to support property's overall Revenue Per Available Room (Rev Par) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.
