1.Control Room orCommand Centre shall always be manned 24 hours by the Loss prevention officerassigned and shall not be left unattended under any circumstances.
控制室或指挥中心应始终24小时有防损员，并且在任何情况下不得无人看。
2.Loss preventionofficer manning the Control Room or Command Centre must be alert at all timeand to record all incident reports from various post and any instructions givenby Loss prevention Supervisor or Director Loss prevention
控制室或指挥中心的防损员必须随时提醒，并记录各个岗位的所有事故报告以及防损主管或防损部总监发出的任何指示。
3.Loss preventionofficer on duty at Control Room are engaged in the following duties whichrequires full commitment.
在控制室值班的防损员必须遵循以下职责
to monitor the CCTV and the Fire Alarm Control Panel
监视CCTV画面和火灾报警控制面板
4.To record,verify and clear all various property, declaration and other relevant formsleaving or entering the hotel premise.
记录并核实离开或进入酒店的各类财产，监督出门证的使用
5.Project a professional, confident, efficient and reassuring image tohotel guest, visitors and staff alike.
为酒店的客人，访客和员工提供一个专业，自信，高效和可靠的形象。
5.To monitor andhave a proper key control. Conduct daily checks on the Key Control Log   Book and also to that all keys are in tagand properly registered.
对借钥匙日志进行日常检查，并且所有钥匙封包都有签名标签并正确登记
6.Monitor the operation of all electronic security devices, alarm andsurveillance systems.
监控所有电子安全设备，报警和监视系统的运行
7.Loss preventionofficer on duty is to observe incoming and outgoing personnel, staffs,employees of the hotel and vendors, contractors and visitors on their hand luggageand bags.
值班防损应观察进出的工作人员，酒店员工，供应商，承包商和访客的手提行李和包裹
8.Loss preventionofficer is to inquire from the contractors, vendors and visitors of theirbusiness in the hotel and to direct them to the check point (time keeper) toregister and obtain their respective security passes.
防损员须向来酒店办理业务的承办商，供应商及访客查询，并指示他们前往检查站（TK）登记及取得其各自的通行证。
9.To ensure thatall guest rooms are closed at all time.
确保所有客房门始终处于关闭状态
10.To checkperiodically on general appearance and turn-out of whole building during hoursof duty.
定期检查整个建筑物的整体外观和周围情况
11.To perform anyother related duties which may be assigned from any time by the Director Loss prevention, Assistant Loss prevention Manager or Loss prevention supervisor
执行防损总监，防损副经理和防损主管随时分配的任何其他职责。
12.Take independent action as authorized when necessary to deal with anyemergency.
